Mark Donald has impeccable culinary credentials, having held positions at some of the world’s finest Michelinstarred restaurants including Noma, Andrew Fairlie at Gleneagles, Hibiscus London and Number One at the Balmoral in Edinburgh.
Mark arrived at The Glenturret Lalique Restaurant in 2021, and his first Michelin star was awarded just seven months later. The first restaurant inside a distillery to achieve Michelin recognition. In February 2024 he was awarded with two Michelin stars.
His menu speaks of his never-ending curiosity, love of exceptional produce, personality and innate humour, all unified and supported by award- winning technical expertise. There is a sense of place in his menu and heartfelt welcome.
