Following the immense success of previous editions in 2021 and 2022, Al

Baleed Resort Salalah by Anantara is delighted to announce the much-anticipated return of

the Al Baleed Culinary Festival. Supported by key sponsors including the Ministry of

Heritage and Tourism, Experience Oman, Omani Culinary Arts, Dhofar Municipality,

Amouage, Alshoala, Vodafone Oman, and Al Khareef, this event promises to be a

remarkable celebration of culinary excellence and further cement Salalah’s reputation as a

gourmet destination in the region.


Set along a pristine, palm-fringed shoreline and framed by the shimmering waters of the

Arabian Sea, Al Baleed Resort Salalah by Anantara offers a luxurious oasis where timeless

Omani charm meets modern sophistication. Guests are invited to experience world-class

dining, lavish spa treatments, and breathtaking natural surroundings, making it the perfect

venue for this extraordinary culinary event.

Taking place throughout November 2024, this month-long celebration is poised to be an

unforgettable experience for gastronomes and food enthusiasts alike, featuring exquisite

dishes prepared by chefs from some of the finest Michelin-starred restaurants across

Europe, as well as local Omani culinary talents.

This year, the festival welcomes renowned culinary artists from Italy, Germany, the

Netherlands, and France, who will create exceptional dining experiences using the freshest

local ingredients. Alongside these international chefs, the festival will spotlight local cuisine,

with Omani Nights each weekend, led by celebrated British-Omani food writer and recipe

developer, Dina Macki, and her team of up-and-coming chefs from across Oman.
