A | Nestlé R&D- New collaboration

Plant based project in collaboration with some chefs.

Very interesting to have worked on a project about Plant Based food with Nestlé and a Restaurant and chef consultant in London, famous for its Vegan food concepts and delicious creations. We all know that consumers are more educated, demanding and discerning than ever. They are looking for plant based solutions, nutritionally balanced and simple and fast in preparation. Because I am so busy with this, I notice that the more you know about this subject, the more you become curious. I gradually start to change things in my cooking. More and different types of grains, vegetables, techniques and trying out new mixtures. Very inspiring for me but also for my family!
