A fantastic line-up of leading international chefs will gather at Al Baleed Resort Salalah by Anantara from 4 – 9 December 2021 for the inaugural Al Baleed Food Festival. The menu will feature local organic Salalah produce along with fish and seafood from our rich coastal shores in a journey that will touch all the senses.

Meet international chefs including Dutch seafood specialist Edwin Vinke, Chef Bobby Chinn of MBC’s Top Chef Middle East, French Michelin-star Chef Fanny Rey, and Bristish - Omani Chef Dian Macki, in collaboration with ‘CHEFS' by Lise Timmer', who will all be hosting events and demonstrating their expertise.

From creating signature dishes from local ingredients to sharing their recipes for street food from across the globe, guests are sure to be delighted and entertained.
