The House of AMOUAGE partners with Michelin-Star Chef Peter Gast for an Olfactory Experience at the Al Baleed Food Festival in Salalah, the Land of Frankincense 

In the heart of Oman’s Dhofar region, at the Al Baleed Food Festival in Salalah, Amouage invited guests to experience an extraordinary fusion of culinary artistry and high perfumery. Held at the luxurious Anantara Hotels & Resorts in Salalah, this bespoke dinner, curated by Michelin-star Graphite by Peter Gast, was inspired by the regal essence of Frankincense, one of Amouage’s signature ingredients. 


The evening unfolded with a symphony of stunning dishes that captivated respected media and influencers, as the intricate interwoven patterns of roses and stars and the visual cues of the House, emblematic of the heritage, came to life on the plate. The evening also spotlighted the Wadi Dawkah Frankincense Essential Oil, highlighting its distinctive qualities and Amouage’s ongoing commitment to sustainability and the cultivation of this rare and precious ingredient.
