On Thursday, 24 October, The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert officially opened the doors of The Farmhouse by Syrco, introducing a farm-to-table concept to the desert dunes.
Led by Syrco Bakker, the acclaimed chef behind the two-Michelin-starred Pure C in the Netherlands, this new restaurant promises to elevate the dining scene in the Northern Emirates.
Bakker brings his vision of traceability, nature, and transparency to the resort. The restaurant’s farm-to-table philosophy offers guests a dining experience that authentically reflects the natural beauty and cultural heritage of Ras Al Khaimah.
