    Florian's career started in Austria his home country, where he found his way to Hangar 7 ** in Salzburg after a classical apprenticeship. It was here that he discovered the culinary delights of the world under Roland Trettel and patron Eckart Witzigmann.

     

    Spurred on to learn from the best, Florian went to Munich to the legendary Tantris ** under the direction of Hans Haas. In 2016, at the age of only 26, he realized his dream of owning his own restaurant in Munich. In February 2018, the restaurant Gabelspiel was awarded 1 star in the Michelin Guide and this has been defended to this day.

     

    Florian specialises in regional and seasonal products, always with a sophisticated, unexpected twist. According to the motto: "Familiar reinterpreted - simply nothing is impossible - creativity and quality in the first place".
