Founder - Owner
Lise Timmer
Raised in The Netherlands, Lise lives and works in France.
Having started her career in marketing & communications, she followed her passion for gastronomy and made the French culinary world her second home. After France, the rest of the world followed.
Acclaimed for her professionalism and great personal values, Lise has, over the last 20 years, established friendships with hundreds of chefs around the world. She has a broad experience of organising events and her expertise lies with her ability to match her clients’ expectations with her chefs’ aspirations. Lise is a mother and a cook, a recipe creator, an author, a food writer, a culinary critic, a judge and a consultant.
Pierre Gagnaire, the famous French 3 Michelin starred chef, recently said about her: “I recommend Lise without hesitation. The events she organised for us were always of a very high quality. Her sense of detail is precious as it allows us to come as close as possible to the expectations of her clients. Furthermore, she always strives to ensure each event is an experience for all who take part.”

Jacqueline van Liere is the Director of Service at Chefs by Lise Timmer, where she oversees the service operations for the world’s most renowned chefs. With her wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, Jacqueline plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration of service excellence across the chefs and brands we represent.
Known for her refined understanding of the guest experience, Jacqueline brings a unique blend of leadership, professionalism, and a deep commitment to hospitality standards. Her extensive background spans luxury dining, five-star hotels, and high-end events, where she has honed her skills in creating exceptional service environments that elevate the dining experience.
In her role at Chefs by Lise Timmer, Jacqueline works closely with the chefs and their teams to ensure that every guest interaction is thoughtful, precise, and memorable. She ensures that the service not only meets but exceeds the expectations of discerning guests, contributing to the overall success of the culinary experiences the chefs provide to our clients guests.

Peter Gast
Peter Gast is an accomplished chef and the Culinary Director at Chefs by Lise Timmer, where he plays a pivotal role in managing and guiding top-tier chefs worldwide. With his extensive experience in the culinary world, Peter brings his expertise and passion for excellence to help elevate the divers projects of Chefs’ by Lise Timmer, together with Michelin-starred chefs and culinary talents across the globe.
Known for his innovative approach to cooking and his refined understanding of modern gastronomy, Peter Gast has earned a reputation as one of the leading figures in the Dutch culinary scene. Before taking on his role at Chefs’ by Lise Timmer, Peter held a Michelin-star for 20 years, and garnered recognition for his creative dishes and commitment to sustainable, high-quality ingredients.
As Culinary Director, Peter is dedicated to supporting and mentoring chefs, helping them refine their performances during the events and build their brands. His deep knowledge of fine dining, combined with his hands-on experience in running Michelin-level kitchens, makes him an invaluable asset to the talented chefs under Lise’s management.
Peter’s leadership and expertise ensure that Chefs’ by Lise Timmer remains at the forefront of global fine dining, fostering a culture of culinary excellence and innovation.
Senior Project Manager
Brice Goeman Borgesius
Brice is not unknown in the world of gastronomy. Since his early years he has been visiting International Michelin starred restaurants where he not only came as a young guest, but also was regularly asked to ‘work’ in the kitchen. Let's just say it's in his DNA!
Apart from the efficient and professional way of planning and executing events, Brice is a wonderful person to work with; inspiring, creative and with a great personality. Combine that with great organizational skills and his passion for food and you have all the ingredients for high standing events.
Brice graduated for Business Economy at the University of Applied Sciences.
